All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners, and delivery time varies depending on where you live.
Our fulfilment team works from Monday to Friday and we do our best to get things picked, packed, and dispatched as quickly as we can.
We work through orders chronologically and usually dispatch within 5 working days. A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail once items shipped out.

Asia
– FREE on all orders over $100.00
– $8 for orders under $100.00
Outside of Asia
– FREE on all orders over $150.00
– $12 for orders under $150.00
Customs and Import Duties
Sometimes the additional customs or import duties couldn’t be avoided. But please don’t worry. If any charged, please simply contact us.
- Please send us a copy of the receipt of the customs duties via email.
- Refund will be returned to you within 5-10 working days once get your receipt.
