Returns and refunds
We accept the return of almost everything we sell. Providing your item is unwashed, unused or unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund, up to 30 days from the date that you receiving the goods.
What can't be returned?
We can’t accept returns for items received outside that 30-day window. For obvious reasons, we also can’t accept final sale items.
How does it work?
You can tell us your return and refund needs through the website (Contact us button) or email (contact@minurus.com), we will deal with it in the first time. You may choose the international logistics for the return and bear the associated shipping costs yourself.
Refunds
Once your return item(s) has been received, we’ll get it checked and make sure the refund is processed within 3 working days. The time it will then take for the funds to reach you will depend on your payment method and the bank/card provider you used. PayPal refunds can arrive within minutes, whilst most banks and credit cards take between 1 and 5 business days to process a refund.
